  The details of sponsorship has been printed on the Exhibition Page of the Website, however we would like to send you additional information about the sponsorship at the Spine Congress in Febraury 2009 in Abu Dhabi as follows:

The ground floor and first floor has been planned for stands, which will be allocated on a“ first come, first serve” basis and of course on sponsor package, so the location of your stand will depend on your early registration as a sponsor. A Performa Invoice will be send to you at the beginning of July 2008.

* A practical guideline regarding the stands on the installation and removal of stands will be sent at the beginning of September 2008.

* The company description of all sponsors will be published in the final programme of Spine Congress at the end of October 2008.

Advertising in the second Announcement at the end of May and in final programme at the end of August 2008 will be at the following rates:

Badge * Price: 2,5000.oo €

* The badge of all participants can bear the name of your company and products. The sponsoring company will provide the lanyards. 

Congress Bag & Bag Inserts: * Price 1,000.oo €

* The participant bag has been offered in Gold & Silver Sponsorship package, whoever will cost without Package 3,500.oo €

Besides other companies can put an insert in the Congress bag(max. 8 pages A5 or 4 pages in A4) not in competition with the bag sponsor.

Invitation Card and the Bus Transport to the Yacht * price 4,000.oo €

*All congress participants will get an invitation card. Your company logo will printed on the cards and participants will get it at your stand. In addition, there will be signs with the announcement of your sponsorship on the transport buses.

Congress Flags * price 1,000.oo €

* Your Logo will be printed on the flags put at the entrance of the Congress Centre.

Signposts and Banners: * price 1,500.oo €

* Printing your logo on all signposts and banners put all over the Congress and exhibition areas.

* Your name and Logo will be printed on the front of the registration desk.

Coffee Break: * Price 1,500.oo €

* The name and logo of your company will be printed on the Coffee tables, you can also put napkins with your company logo on the tables. Two different companies can share the Logo on the table and napkins.

General Information

  ***All rates are exclusive of MwST (19%)

  • The application is legally in written by the organiser (IEC e. V.). Registrations can be cancelled within 30 days after the reservation.
  • A cancellation fee of 500.oo € will be charged.
  • There is a 20 % discount by early registration of sponsorship until the end of June 2008.
  • All sponsorship fees must be paid before September 30, 2008. Construction of the stands and other activities will be allowed, If complete payment has been received by IEC e. V. within the time noted.
  • Companies are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of insurance and organising their stand.
  • In case of dispute, the legal laws in Germany apply and only the court of Munich is in charge.
  • Distribution of meals and drinks must be in accordance with rules of the Congress Centre and Country. We have our own caterer.
